QuickBooks Desktop for Mac and QuickBooks Desktop for Windows are not compatible to each other. All of your users have to run the same QuickBooks version (release) and edition to work on the same file concurrently.

You are using QuickBooks Premier edition and it only supports Windows OS. You may have two options:
First, install Parallels on Mac to run your QuickBooks, OR
Second, deploy a private cloud on your premise using the solution from a UK-based company. Your Mac user will connect the data by internet. PM me for details.
