Accounts payable automation

Is there some way to turn off QBO accounts payable automation. Every time I go the the vendors page, it's telling me about an invoice one of my vendors has sent me. I don't want to put it into our system. How can I tell QBO to turn this feature off. It's annoying and not useful for us.

I just want to make sure I'm giving you the right information. Are you refering to notifications/recommendations pop-ups in QuickBooks?

 

If so, please know that it's designed to guide you. The only option to stop these notifications is to manually close it by clicking the or No, thanks button.

 

If this about bills payment, it's is a 3rd party application that allows you to pay your bills directly. You'll want to cancel its subscription to disable this app. Here's how:

 

  1. On the Pay Bills Online page, click the Gear icon. 
  2. Then, Cancel Subscription.
  3. Choose your cancellation reason.
  4. Tap Cancel now.
  5. You'll receive an email once this request is complete

 

For future reference, you can view a list of other 3rd party apps that you might want to integrate to your QBO. Visit our QuickBooks Apps Store and use the Categories on the left-hand side to filter out the apps that suits to your business needs.

YES!!!  This feature is beyond annoying!!!

The question is how to turn off the accounts payable automation that happens anytime a vendor that also has Quickbooks sends you an invoice.  I turned off the the Quickbooks Business Network and yet I still get a popup when I go into my vendors page.  I don't want these.  It is very annoying.  I have attached a screen shot of what I keep getting.
