Hello,
Some of the users using Quickbooks on web and some used on their tablets. While entering estimates we noticed that all fields not showing in mobile apps as it is showing on web.
Is it normal or we need to do something to show all fields on tablets/cell phones.
thanks

Thanks for coming back with more details, @raja4.
The option to see the Ship via, shipping date & tracking number on the mobile app is only applicable on the web-browser.
As a work around, you can also conveniently open a web browser on your mobile phone, and log in from there instead of the app.
I know it's more suitable for you to do these tasks using your mobile apps. I'm sharing this idea to our engineers so they can explore the these options and make it possible in the future updates.
You also want to submit a feature request directly to our Development team by clicking and filling out our QuickBooks Feedback form.
Keep in touch if you have follow-up questions about your estimates. I'm always here to listen and help in any way I can.
Hello, raja4.
The QuickBooks Online Mobile App and website both allow users to create an estimate. You might notice that some fields aren't displayed since the mobile version is more automated that use your company settings and customer information.
Just to be sure, could you share the names of the fields you specified so we can double-check them on our end? Any information can assist us in determining the best course of action to solve the problem.
In the meantime, let them clear the app data to refresh their app and remove outdated files since they might experience unusual behavior if their cache is full.
Here are the steps to clear your app data:
For Android device
For iOS device
Once completed, ask that they log back into their account and restart the application.
In addition, I've added the following article to help you if you want to turn an estimate into an invoice: Convert an estimate into an invoice in QuickBooks Online.
You're welcome to post again if you need help performing specific tasks in QuickBooks mobile app. I’ll be around to assist you.
Hello Giovann_G,
I followed instructions to clear data but problem remains the same. when we entered estimates in quickbooks online on web we can see:
However while working on mobile app, we can only see and use custom fields, so how can we also able to see Ship Via, shippind date & tracking number on mobile app.
thanks in advance.

SERVICE REP and PO# are not available. Also the SERVICE DATES for each line item. These are all very major categories needed on our invoices.
Another detail - We use the Invoice # QB gives as our PO number when ordering parts for tracking, tech needs to SAVE invoice in order to have an Invoice Number assigned. No problem, however once invoice is SAVED, program takes tech back to the HOME screen and does not allow any further updates to that invoice without having to look up the customer again and locate the invoice he was working on. Very cumbersome.
Some are having issues getting back into old invoices also. I can be on phone with Techs that are having problems loading invoices to make changes. Sometimes screen is freezing, sometimes it states "no invoices for these filters" when they clearly have ALL marked on filters. I can be in office on my phone in app and be able to pull up the very same invoice they are looking for with no issues. Doesn't help them.
Thanks for getting involved with this thread, karalquinn.
I can certainly understand how an ability to have Service Rep, PO#, and Service Date fields for invoices could be useful while using the mobile apps and have submitted a suggestion about it as of today.
You can also submit your own feedback while signed in.
Here's how:
Your feedback's definitely valuable to Intuit. It will be reviewed by our Product Development team and considered in future updates. You can stay up-to-date with the latest news about your product by reviewing Intuit's Product Updates webpage.
In regard to users being unable to find invoices, I'd recommend having them perform the troubleshooting steps shared in Giovann_G's post. If it continues happening, have them try uninstalling and reinstalling their apps. If they're still unable to locate invoices in their mobile apps after performing each troubleshooting process, you'll want to get in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment, conduct further research, and create and investigation ticket if necessary.
I'll be here to help if there's any additional questions. Have a great Monday!
I appreciate that someone is reading these threads, however extremely discouraged to realize that others had these same issues back in December 2022 and now we have a mandated rollout of the "New Version" of the app with no option to continue using the old version that still works while issues have still not been addressed. And after the whole Sale Tax Center debacle which went on for 5-6 months and still is not 100% that has delayed filing 2023 taxes... Do better Quickbooks!
Please add me to the list of people asking for the PO line to be reinstated on the mobile app. And could you also put me in for having the option to print estimates from the mobile app to be reinstated as well? There is no longer an option to do so, and I haven't been able to find a workaround. These updates have my contractor client extremely frustrated--an understatement. Things he used to be able to do quickly and easily have become a nightmare for him. We also had trouble with sales tax, but I'm hoping we have that fixed.
Addressing these issues is crucial for smooth business management. At QuickBooks, we strive to ensure that our customers have a smooth and seamless experience.
Upon checking here on our end, we received similar cases regarding printing estimates in the QuickBooks mobile app, and it is now being investigated by our product engineers (INV-104108).
With this, I recommend contacting our support so they can add you to the affected user's list and notify you of the updates through email. Here's how:
