I just logged in and all my invoices have disappeared. Even the new ones I create don't show up.
Since I see no other place to reach out to customer support or report a bug, I am reporting it here.
This should be fixed ASAP as I imagine a lot of QB users are affected like myself.

I’ve done that already and chat not working. Really frustrating to not have any support help. Are you saying that software all around is having an issue?
This is horrible! I had to re-create a bunch of invoices and find clients data to send out a few that were urgent. All my history is wiped too.

I'm in the same boat. It's Saturday 29th and no invoices. I need to send an invoice urgently, and I guess I can do that, but I don't see the prior one so I don't have confidence that the system is working.

I'm having a similar issue. and there is no customer support since it's a weekend. This is unacceptable.
All my invoices have also disappeared and there is no help on the weekends so why keep saying that? Please help as all, thank you.

Please know that our product engineers are now working to fix the said issue as soon as possible. For now, accessing your QBSE account through the mobile app and viewing all invoices from there is the only workaround you can perform.

We are having the same issue. All my invoices are gone. No support on the weekend. This is causing major problems.
This happened to me as well. First I noticed a few days ago that my invoice template was erased when I went to draft several invoices. Because it was a weekday, I did not have time to reconstruct it in what seemed to be a new backend invoicing template implemented by QB at some point in the past few weeks. Trying to catch up on this admin work on the weekend and I find the problem has become catastrophically worse with the erasure of all invoices and of course no way to get support help.
Im having the same issue here! I send out over 200 invoices a month and this is how I track payments coming in. Really wish customer support was available on the weekends.
