After that, you may need to update to the latest release, create a backup of your company file, and prepare to switch to Express Web Connect. Then, you may set up your bank by following the steps below:

Thank you, that worked. The instructions sent out by American Express indicate to look for a different line item vs the QBTD, which is what caused the confusion.
