Buy nowI can't do anything in QBO because all I get is "An unexpected error occurred." When the Sales > Invoices page does work, and I try to duplicate and send an invoice, it fails with the same message. Is it systemwide?
I know some troubleshooting steps to help you access QuickBooks without an error message and get work done in no time, @webidextrous.
Let's start by checking if the issue is within the browser you're currently using. This issue might be due to cache-induced browsers, which can pose difficulties in managing QuickBooks-related tasks and impact the program's performance. You may try accessing your QuickBooks account via an incognito or private browser. Use these shortcut keys for quick access:
You may proceed to clear your browser's cache when this works. Additionally, you may use other supported browsers or devices to access the program.

It seems to be working now. I didn't have to clear the cache to get it to work. It appears to have been a server-side issue and not a client-side issue.
This is the third time I'm trying to reply to your recommendation as the Community doesn't seem to be able to keep me logged in and loses my replies when I submit them. QBO started working for me again, at least temporarily enough to send my invoice. It's sporadic. Has nothing to do with my browser cache. It seems to be a server-side issue.

Looks like this issue has cropped up again. I am having this problem since this morning. My investigation number is INZ-128400. If somebody else is having the same issue, you can report it to Intuit and have it tagged to this investigation number. Hopefully Intuit has it in the good of their heart to solve the problem.
