Are QuickBooks answers coming from an algorithm or real people?

I think there is some sort of QuickBooks "jail" that one can be thrown into, as as far as I know, I've not been using private messages?  Yet, when I tried to ask a question of an Admin, I received this:

The Community representatives are always here to take care of all your QuickBooks concerns.

 

This error may happen when you sent an inquiry directly to an admin or a member of the QuickBooks Team. For now, I recommend posting your concern on the QuickBooks Q & A section on your Community profile.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Upon logging in, hover over the Community tab at the top of the page.
  2. Click the QuickBooks Q&A board to see all of the product sections offered. 
  3. Choose the topic you'd like to ask a question about.
  4. Select the green Start a discussion button in the top right corner.
  5. Type up the subject, enter your question, then click Post.

 

Or, you can tap on the Reply button below to add a comment or reply.

No idea if I've ever sent a private message or not.  Why do you ask?  I see you ask a lot of these clarifying questions.  Why is that?

I'd like you to clarify if users are able to post when they click on the "send a message' black oval visible when clicking on an Admin's or other Employee profile button.  Please tell me if messages are able to be sent, or if everyone receives this if they try to use the Send a Message button available when viewing the profile.

When you send a message using the Send a message button, the message will be sent and posted successfully to a specific QuickBooks employee. It’ll be added as part of private messages, and we can’t guarantee that you’ll receive a response.


If you want that everyone views your messages, you’ll want to follow the instructions provided by my peer above. This way, all concerns and questions you have are quickly covered.
