In QuickBooks Online, you can only modify the alignment of the amount within the check to ensure they're in the right place. Although, you can adjust the scale on your print dialog box.
In the meantime, you can edit the memo on the check by separating and shortening the lines to ensure it won't overrun the routing or account number when printing.

This just started happening to me also, the check memo line sits way too low on the check. This has never been a problem until recently. Quickbooks needs to correct this issue, users should not have to download a 3rd party app in order for our checks to print properly. This is a huge inconvenience that needs to be addressed and corrected promptly.

Adjusting the scale or page size for printing varies depending on your setup and the printing experience, which can be from your browser, Adobe Acrobat, or printer driver. Here are some common tips for adjusting the scale of your tool:
