Is there a way to set restrictions so QB will not pull a partial QTY for a build assembly? I have attached an example. Line item #4 pulled .916667 and I did not notice that it did this at the time of the build. We only deal in whole numbers/QTY so it should have pulled 1 unit, not the partial. I have had this happen to me on several occasions and it tends to sneak past me. How can I prevent this? How does it transpire? If I had less than the QTY of 1 unit on hand at the time I would not have been able to complete the build. Thanks for any direction.

I appreciate the screenshot you've provided. Looking at it, the issue starts the moment you create an assembly. It's possible that the item was entered with a quantity of 0.91667 reason why the same digit appears when you build an assembly.
To correct this, go back to the inventory assembly and edit the item QTY. I'll show you the steps below:
Once done, it will show the correct quantity when you start building your assembly. Here's a sample screenshot of the outcome:
