Bundles on the mobile app

I am an Admin on our account, not master admin. We use the mobile app for doing estimates/invoices. My bundle pricing does not show in my list of products and services, only the whole goods. I am working from a Pixel3a-xl. My wife is master admin and her mobile app allows her access to bundle pricing and she is on an Iphone-11. Is there a setting that can allow me to have bundle ricing on my mobile app?

QuickBooks Online mobile app is a simplified version of the QuickBooks program. It offers basic functionality, and some features are not showing up depending on the device that you're using.

In this case, it'd be best to view your bundle price by accessing your account on a browser. This way, you'll be able to see all the information that you need from your account.

Thank you very much. After playing with the mobile app and switching over to the web version, there are a few differences. I now keep a web shortcut as well as the mobile app on my phone which allows me to perform just about everything I need to do. Thanks again.

With respect I don’t understand why bundles have been missing from the app for years now? It’s a basic feature of the system yet completely prevents us from using the all. Have any of the developers actually try to build an invoice or estimate from a mobile web implementation? It’s god awful!. I get errors all over the place on different devices. It’s impossible to size 2 of you that works. There’s constant data entry issues. After 15 minutes just trying to puncheon a few numbers for items today I had to go actually drive home and use a desktop because it’s impossible to function effectively on a mobile device.

I was more than patient but if you’re going to hit me with ads every time I load up software I pay for (Or worse, that you’ve converted from software to software as a service charge continuing fees), please after years of waiting fix basic functionality in your software to allow us to work on invoices and estimates in the app.
