You can run the Estimates by Customer report to export the estimates to Google Sheets, happyelectricllc. Before proceeding, please know that this option is available for QuickBooks Online Advanced, as this feature is specific to that version. You'll want to go to the Reports menu and pull up the Estimates by Customer report. Before exporting the estimate, ensure that you switch the view to Classic so that you can see the option to Export to Google Sheets.
Here's how:
- Go to the Reports menu.
- Select the Find report by name dropdown and search for Estimate by Customer. You can also browse the list.
- Click Switch to classic view.
- Click the Customize button and personalize the view as necessary.
- Select the Export dropdown and choose Export to Google Sheets.
