I also need to speak to a human. I pay for 24/7 support and all I get is sent from one website to the next. Come on QuickBooks. You can do better than this for $299 a year.

@Bdavidson1955 , If you had taken the time to read ANYTING from this thread, along with hundreds of others, you would have noticed that NO ONE from here in the community, can nor will call you.
You, like all the rest of us, HAVE to follow the steps to requests a chat or callback.
And, fyi, posting your phone number in a public place, like this one, is only opening yourself up to fraud calls. It would be a good idea to go in and delete that.

Which QB Desktop year version do you have?
Can you access your CAMPS as the Primary Contact and find your license code there?
