I can share a workaround for how you can view outgoing Email messages, kpm006. Bear with me, I'll show you how to do it in QuickBooks Online.
Right now, there isn't a direct way to retrieve or review the list of email messages you sent from QuickBooks Online. However, if you've enabled the Email me a Copy feature you can check your inbox to view the sent emails.
If you haven't activated the feature yet, please follow the steps below to receive a copy moving forward:
- From the Gear icon in the upper right corner.
- Click Your Company column, and pick Account and Settings.
- Choose the Sales tab on the left.
- In the Messages section, click the Edit icon (pencil image).
- Make sure to check the Email me a copy at [your email address] box.
- Click Save and Done once you're through.
You can also view a list of sent transactions by pulling up specific reports in QuickBooks Online. Nonetheless, you can only see the status, not the actual message.
To start, let's navigate to the Reports tab on the left panel and find the report there.
Here's how:
- In the Search Bar, enter the Transaction List by Date report.
- Go to the Columns section to add the Sent Checkbox by putting a checkmark on it.
- You can also remove unnecessary details by unchecking other options.
- After that, QuickBooks will display all transactions that have already been sent.
Furthermore, I've included an article that provides a detailed guide on how to customize your reports and save them for future use. This offers you the extra assistance you need to manage your reports more effectively.
Your input on outgoing messages is valued and can have a significant impact. If you have any other related questions, the Community page is an excellent place to seek help. Take care and stay well, Kpm006.
