The option to view all emailed items is a great idea, @rmumm2. However, this feature is currently unavailable.
As an alternative, you can review the Audit Log to track your sent emails. Here’s how:
- Go to Settings and select Audit Log.
- Apply filters for the user, date, and events to narrow down the results.
- Look for the invoices and statements you emailed.

Moving forward, you can set up your account to send you a copy of your emailed transactions. Here’s how:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Accounts and Settings.
- Navigate to the Sales tab.
- In the Messages section, check the option to Email me a copy.
- Click Save and then Done.
