Welcome to the Community, @mmr95,
I know how important this is for you, and I want to make sure this is well-taken care of.
Allow me to share some insights about this matter. Since the error message contains your bank information and account balance, I suggest reaching out to your bank. It is to know if there's an existing issue on their end that affects your transaction.
However, if you continue to get the same error, I recommend contacting our Payments Support for further assistance. One of our specialists can look into this further in a safe environment.

I refuse to accept this as an answer. I have now tried contacting your support team via phone and live chat and everyone says the exact same thing. I have now called my bank on several occasions and they say it is not on their end. Given the experience I have had with quickbooks checking since signing up, I believe my personal bank over the response I continue to receive from everyone at QB. I need concrete answers on how I can get this issue fixed. I do not need a list of bullets that highlights the same crap that everyone already knows how to do. I have gone through multiple threads and done multiple different work-arounds with no success. How many complaints will it take for you team to actually figure out an issue a PAYING client is having? Does this issue need to be sent ot a supervisor or manager? I'm extremely unsatisfied with the experience and have been contemplating canceling my account altogether. I NEED A SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM.
Have you figured out the problem yet? Im having the same issues.
Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, @avel.
Let me share some insights to help you transfer money from your personal account to a QuickBooks envelope.
The error could be due to an issue with your bank information or account balance. When transferring funds from your personal account, it's important to double-check the bank details you've entered in QBO, such as the account number, routing number, and bank name, to ensure they are correct.
It is crucial to verify that your account balance is sufficient to cover the transaction and that there are no restrictions from your bank or financial institution.
If you have performed these steps, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Payments support. Please follow the steps below to contact support:
1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company. Click Help (?).
2. Select either tab: Assistant or Talk to a Human.
3. Search or select Contact Us.
4. Start a chat with a support expert.
