comments on customer statements

Welcome to the Community. I'm here to help you with your statement concern in QuickBooks Desktop.

You can try using the Long text field from the Footer tab of the template to add a comment.

Here's how:

1. Click the List tab at the top menu bar.
2. Select Templates.
3. Choose an existing template or create a new one.
4. Edit the template.
5. Click Additional Customization.
6. Go to the Footer tab.
7. Enable the Long text field.
8. Add a note.
9. Click OK.
