I am brand new to the QB community and have made my first post yesterday. I am looking at the QB community home page and do not see a way to find the post that I made. Thanks for showing me the way to find my posts in the community.

I appreciate you getting back to us, Smiley. Allow me to help you further where you can modify your settings.

The Topics I've Participated In section was recently changed into Replies. That's where you can see your posts and other threads you've cooperated with.

To modify your Community Settings, you can follow the steps below.

  1. From your Profile screen, click Edit.
    x.PNG
  2. Under My Settings, select Preferences and go to the General tab.
  3. You can sort the topics settings from there.
  4. Hit Save.

I recommend visiting this link: Account Management. These will provide links about managing your QBO account, income, expenses, inventory, and running reports.

Keep me posted by leaving a comment below if you need additional assistance or have follow-up questions about the Community space. I'll be here to help. Have a good one.

Greetings Mich_S,

I went to My profile but I do not see the link for Topics I've Participated In. What am missing? Thank you.

I can help look at the posts you've participated in, Smiley.

The moment you log in to the Community space, you'll see your username in the upper-right corner. When you click on it, select My profile. You'll see your posts, replies, and drafts there.

If you're unable to see these options it's possible that your regular browser stored too many internet resources that caused the unexpected behavior. We can verify that by logging in to the Community through a private browser and then look into your profile to see your posts. If you're able to do so, just switch back to the main browser and clear the cache. You'll also want to use other supported browsers to isolate these kinds of issues.

Keep me posted on how this works. I'll be around the corner to keep an eye on your reply. Take care!

Thank you so much, Catherine_B. So, I am not looking for the link to Topics I've Participated In? I see my posts and have cleared cache. Do I need to change any other settings? Thank you, again!
