Hello there, @intelm.
We recognize the urgency of this matter, and this isn't what we want you to experience. Upon checking here on our end, the only way to contact Melio support is through the Help button or through sending an email directly to Melio. Rest assured, once they've reviewed your email. They'll get back to you as soon as possible to help you with your concerns.
Furthermore, we recommend going through the Pay bills with Bill Pay Powered by Melio section inside this article to see Melio's general and supporting information: Check which Bill Pay you are using in QuickBooks Online.
Feel free to visit the Community space if you have other additional QuickBooks-related queries or need assistance managing integrations. We'll make sure to be around to help you right away. Keep safe.
Hello 4Gal,
Thank you for sharing your input to help address the issue. We love to see members supporting one another! Have a great day.
This is not true. Melio support cannot help with QB integration. After the full integration, they stopped allowing my company to pay bills, even though I did so for years on the Melio platform alone. After QB integration, they have now blocked me from paying bills. I contacted Melio support. They refer you to Melio Compliance, which hasn't answered a single email in over 3 weeks. Once you have Bill pay powered by Melio, your QB is hijacked and you cannot switch back to QB Bill Pay or any other option. QB support says I have to get Melio to disconnect it. I have removed the Melio app from QB, I have disconnected the QB sync in Melio, and I have tried to close my Melio account and delete it from existence. None of this has worked. Removing the sync doesn't work. Melio will not close my account without going through Compliance, which again is non-existent and will not reply to anything you send their way. There is no telephone number, there is no reply to emails, there is no chat feature for Compliance. Once you are connected, your ability to pay bills through QB is eliminated.
We found in some cases, Intuit can't remove the connection of Billpay powered by Melio completely so you can't use QB Billpay. If you have contacted Melio Support and they asked you to contact the Compliance team, that means they flagged your QBO account based on your bill payment transaction history. Contact me in private and we will help using our direct contact with them to find your problem.
