copy invoice without tips

Let me share information about copying an invoice in QuickBooks Online, @rleonardi.

When you a copy an invoice in QuickBooks Online, all the details of the original invoice will be copied.

If you don't want to include the tips, I suggest creating a new invoice without the tips. However, if adding tips to an invoice feature is enabled, it will automatically show to a new invoice. Thus, you need to turn off the feature before creating a new invoice.

Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon and choose Accounts and settings.
2. Choose Sales.
3. Enable the Accept tips button.
4. Hit Done.

You can now create a new invoice without tips.

To create a new invoice without tips in QuickBooks Online, follow these steps:

1. Turn Off Tips Feature:

   • Select the Sales tab.
   • Disable the Accept tips option.
   • Click Done.

2. Create a New Invoice:

   • Go to the + New button.
   • Select Invoice.
   • Enter the invoice details without tips.

By turning off the tips feature first, the new invoice will not include tips.
