Currency Reporting

I've got your back, Beth. I'm here to help generate a report that shows all your expenses transactions with different currencies.

You can run the Transaction List by Vendors report and use filters to get your desired result. Here's how you can do it:

1. In the left navigation panel, select Reports.
2. In the search bar, type Transaction list by Vendors.
3. Click Switch to classic view.
4. In the right corner, click Customize.
5. Under Rows/Columns, select Change columns.
6. Tick Currency.
7. Go to Filters.
8. From the Transaction Type, select the appropriate transaction type.
9. Click Run report.

You can also export this report by clicking the Export icon and then Export to Excel.

Thank you, I understand what you are suggesting, but it doesn't appear that I can filter by currency.  I was hoping to not have to export the information to excel and then manipulate the data.  Is there a report that lets me filter by currency?

The option to filter the Transaction List by Vendor report by currency is currently unavailable. We always consider our customers' feedback and suggestions when making product improvements or adding new features. This will give us an idea of how we may refine the functionality of QuickBooks Online (QBO) to meet users' needs and enhance working experience.

You can submit feedback about adding the filter function for currencies straight to our engineers. They'll see your recommendation and may consider it for future releases.

Here's how:

1. Tap the Gear icon in the upper right and choose Feedback under Profile.
2. Enter a description of your product suggestions in the field box.
3. Click Next to submit it.
