Thanks for letting us know about this matter, @gcbautomation. The option to customize invoices, where products and services can be turned on and off in the invoices that customers receive, is unavailable. The items for the invoice should appear in the invoice sent by default.
In this case, I recommend contacting our Live Support Team to proceed with the following steps and gather more information to resolve the issue.
- From your Company file, click the Help icon.
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter your concern from the What can we help you with? box and click Continue.
- Choose a way to connect, either to Chat with us or Have us call you.
