The Daily Tasks Reminders on the Get Things Done page used to appear early in the morning. I use this to record daily sales, sales tax and payment of bills. About 8 weeks ago, the daily reminders stopped appearing until later in the day. Unfortunately, this is not working for me. I like to get all my bills paid early in the day, and move on to another company. Is there a place in QBO to change the time in which the daily reminders generate?
I have talked with support two times, once on the phone, and once through a chat, and no one has been able to solve my issue. Supposedly, they are going to check into it and get back with me.
Please help!!

The Daily Task Reminders on the Get Things Done page are system generated. It means that we won't be able to adjust the time in which the daily reminders generate. I understand your interest in getting task reminders as early as possible to finish your task. For now, you can send your feedback directly to our product engineers. This way, they can determine what enhancements and improvements are needed to make our product more effective and convenient for our users.

While waiting for the tasks to appear, you can continue your work by tracking your entries manually through the +New icon.

You may also contact support again to review your tasks. From there, they pull up your account securely and investigate why reminders are no longer appearing early in the morning.

Hello @Angelyn_T, while I appreciate your response, most of what you included in your response, has nothing to do with my question. Yes, I have already contacted support - 2 times: once by phone and once by online chat. I spent over 2 hours each time with no result. I do not need to know how to create an invoice, and I do not need the information in regard to know how to manage bills and payments.
I just want my daily reminders to pop up earlier in the day as they used to.
