Delete a Company No Longer Working for

Hi, every time I go to check my full-time job’s paycheck stub, it automatically goes to an old company’s paycheck stubs by default. I don’t work for that company anymore and haven’t in a long time. How can I just delete them from this Quickbooks Intuit account so I can go directly to my full-time job’s payroll stub?

Delete a Company No Longer Working for

Hi there, @Lbourke.

To clarify, can you access your full-time's job pay stubs? If you can only view the old ones, ask your new employer to invite you to QuickBooks Workforce. I suggest giving them the same email address you use for your existing account. Your employer may have had to resend your invitation. Make sure you accept the most recent email invitation.

Here's how:

  1. Look for an email with the subject [Business Name] has invited you to view your pay stubs online. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or let your employer know about it. It’s also possible they used an incorrect email.
  2. Open the email, then select Sign in to accept the invitation.
  3. Sign in with your email address and password.

After that, you may turn on notifications for new pay stubs. This way, you’ll get an email reminder every time a new one is available. Follow these steps below:

  1. Head to workforce.intuit.com
  2. Go to the Gear icon.
  3. Click Email Notification.
  4. Select Send me an email when new pay stubs are available.

If you have both companies, you may need to switch between them to view your pay information.
