Denied live booking clean-up

I paid for live bookkeeping and clean up and just got a form letter saying its not a good fit. Wasted so much time.

I know the importance of subscribing to the Live Bookkeepers service to ensure your books are accurate. I can share information about this service.

 

The QuickBooks Live Bookkeeper helps you set up your accounts, connect your banks, and clean up your books in the first month of service. They'll make sure that your record of transactions is correct. While we're unable to check on the details about the form letter, I'd suggest reaching out to our Live Bookkeeper support. Rest assured, they'll be able to provide information on the reason for this letter. I'll show you how.

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
  2. Click the Live Bookkeeping.
  3. On the Live Bookkeeping page, select Send a message.
  4. You'll be connected to a product expert.

 

Also, you can schedule an appointment with your QuickBooks Bookkeeper. Please follow the instruction in this article: Contact your QuickBooks Live Bookkeeper.

Not helpful. Nothing worse than an auto-responser or cut and paste response that does not apply.  Canceling that service. I had a good QB live bookkeeper, very experienced, and they took her away. Why?  Gave me some guy not knowing really the needs I have.  Big mistake.
