Good afternoon, @farmerbookkeeper.
Thanks for reaching out to the Community.
I appreciate that you shared your error message with us. However, when we see the errors listed in the rebuild results, a technical support agent will need to review the QBWIN.log file. This is an error log file that can describe the issues for further investigation. I recommend contacting technical support, as an agent would have the ability to remote into your computer and review the QBWIN.log file securely. I've included the steps below to contact support.
1. Open QuickBooks.
2. From the Help menu, choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
3. In the search bar, enter Contact Us. Then, hit Contact Us at the bottom.
4. Choose the way you wish to contact support (Callback, Chat, Etc.).
Wishing you and your business continued success. Feel free to reach out to the Community anytime. We're always here to lend a helping hand. Take care!

Let's work together to get rid of the errors, BetterIdeaGroup.
These can occur if QuickBooks closes abruptly after an error, power outage, or failure in the server. We can fix these by performing a few troubleshooting steps. Make sure to update QuickBooks Desktop to the latest version.
Once done, let's utilize the Auto Data Recovery tool. This can fix errors that the Rebuild Data Utility tool can't. You can check the recover lost data with QuickBooks Auto Data Recovery for the steps by step procedure.
I'm also adding the fix QBWin.log errors for additional steps and references.
Please keep me posted on how the steps work. I want to make sure this is taken care of.
None of those, or a portable file round trip resolved the issue
If a solution is found to this PLEASE let me know. I have been fighting this issue since last summer and have verified & rebuilt at least 20 times, plus half a dozen calls to support only to be told I need to buy a tech support package or upgrade yet again. I'm at the point I'm considering switching to Oracle but am not fond of change... any suggestions would be appreciated.
I appreciate you for sharing the steps that you've tried to fix the error that you received, @cstansbarger.
I've got other troubleshooting steps to provide to help get this rebuild issue sorted out.
Let's utilize the QuickBooks Desktop Tool Hub. This tool can identify and resolve program-related issues in the system like the one that you've encountered.
To do that:
For complete details on how to perform this process together with some visual reference, please see the link attached: Fix common problems and errors with the QuickBooks Desktop Tool Hub.
However, if doing this doesn't make a difference, I suggest reaching out to our Data Services Team. They have the tools to check on your data and apply a resolution. I know that you've reached out to our support already but contacting them again is the best way to isolate this matter.
Please refer to the steps shared above on how to reach them.
Feel free to let me know if you have further questions or concerns. You can reach out to the Community any time. Take care!
How big is your file size? Which QBD year version do you have?
I read through this entire post and it does not say that the problem is SOLVED.
I am having the exact same problem with QB Pro 2019. I spent hours on the phone and with Intuit Level2 support connected to my PC.

Try condensing your file. If the same error persists, it is possible your file is corrupted. Contact Support and ask Data Service to check it. Otherwise you should ask a 3rd party file repair service to do so.
