I’m here to help and ensure it will get sorted so you can go back to business.

You can use the QuickBooks Tool hub to fix this. The hub is a launchpad that each tab has a set of tools for addressing different types of problems.

To start, you’ll want to download and install the tool. Here’s how:

  1. Close QuickBooks.
  2. Download the most recent version of the QuickBooks Tool Hub.
  3. Save the file somewhere you can easily find.
  4. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
  5. Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
  6. When the install finishes, double-click the icon on your windows to open the tool hub.

Once done, run the Quick Fix my Program to repair your program quickly. You can follow these steps below:

  1. Select Program Problems.
  2. Click Quick Fix my Program.
  3. Open your data file.

You can refer to this article for additional details and other solutions: What to do if you can't open QuickBooks Desktop.

Once resolves, you can add your company logo again. Please ensure to convert the image format using an image editing program to ensure error-free. I'll show you how:

  1. Go to List, then Templates.
  2. Select the Layout Designer.
  3. Remove the image, then hit OK
  4. Using a photo editing software (we recommend MS Paint), open the image.
  5. Save the image as a different image type. For example, change it to.JPG if the original image is.BMP.
  6. Back in QuickBooks, open the template and re-add the image using layout Designer. Customize and resize as needed.

Let me know if you have other concerns. We're always delighted to be your QuickBooks guide.
