I use the full sheet Deposit slips. The "Deposit Summary" (which is the bottom 2/3 of a full sheet deposit slip) used to print in single spacing. Since January/February it now prints in double spacing which in turn creates a 2nd page to the deposit slip when you have more than 12 checks listed. The deposit slips are made for 18 checks and a subtotal, cash back, and total.
QBO DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO CHANGE SPACING IN THE SETUP FOR THE "DEPOSIT SUMMARY." So please don't reply to go to the printing set up on the deposit slips as QBO only allows to change how the numbers line up at (top 1/3 page on a full page deposit slip) and not the spacing in the "Deposit Summary"
QBO Help always repeats to go to the deposit slip printing set up - well you cant alter the spacing in the "summary" in the setup.
It is really inconvenient to have a 2 page deposit slip for the bank. I have called, did online chat multiple times. All help says is that is weird and will put in a ticket. I have used 3 computers, multiple browsers, repaired & uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe reader too.
Is there anyone working on this fixing the double spacing back to single spacing so I don't have to give the bank a 2 page deposit slip?
I appreciate you contacting our support team and providing feedback about the double spacing when printing the deposit summary, 781.
The recent update in QuickBooks includes spacing on deposit slip printing. You can only use the fine-tune alignment feature to check the alignments of the printed page.
Our Product Engineer is already aware of this feature. And, they're constantly evolving the system to provide you the best possible experience. For now, we don't anticipate a change to this product behavior.

Hello,
You stated:

This is the same response I keep getting as in no one is actually reading and trying to understand where and what the error is. You all just keep on saying to go to the "fine tuning" which does nothing to alter the "Deposit Summary" on a "Deposit Ticket" double spacing issue.
I still don't see where to adjust the line spacing on the "Deposit Summary" in the fine-tuning. The fine-tuning looks to only move the "amount" in the upper 1/3 of the page. Not the "Deposit Summary" in the lower 2/3 where it lists the Check Number, PMT Method, Received From, Memo and Amount.
QBO has printed the "Deposit Summary" single spaced for years. Then earlier this year it changed to double spacing and now uses 2 pages!
Why is it intended behavior for Deposit Slips to be 2 pages. Does Intuit sell a 2 page deposit slip?

Here is a screenshot from your deposit ticket order page. See it shows the Deposit Summary printing in single spacing. When QBO changed it to double spacing - its to long and prints the summary on a second page. Bad intention of your designers if they made it to print double spaced!
