I'm on QB13, and after one of your tech supports remote'd into my computer yesterday, all of my e-mail addresses have dissapeared. Any suggestions how to get them back?

Also, our tech support representatives are under strict guidelines when performing remote access. Part of the guideline is that phone agents are not allowed to to make any changes to the company file without the customer's consent.
If you happened to save a back up copy before the changes were made, you can restore it to bring back the data. Here's how to restore a back up copy:
Once restored, go back to the area where you saved the email addresses and check if they're back.

Are you sure it was actually an Intuit technician?
v 2013 is an older, unsupported product, so an Intuit tech should not be remoting to do ANYTHING with that version.
There are some scam people that have been pretending to work for Intuit, and have wreaked some havoc on people's systems.
On an off chance, you may have list damage. Try resorting the master names list first.
If the information does not return, restoring a good backup may be the only option.
