To ensure your employees can access the current inventory while creating invoices, you have to add them as Authorized Users. You can also personalize each role and grant specific permissions for particular tasks.
Here's how:
1. In your QBO account, go to the Gear icon, then select Manage Users.
3. Click Add User and enter the new user's name and email address.
4. From the Roles dropdown, select the role you wish to assign to the new user. You may review the features that come with each role by expanding each section.
5. Select the Account Management settings you want to manage (if applicable for the chosen role).
6. Finally, select Send Invitation to complete the process.
