Join nowWhen entering items on a estimate/S.O./invoice, I can only enter the item by the item code that I entered when I entered it in QB, but since I don't remember always the code, I need to be able to enter also the items by typing the description of my item. (on QBO it works). can anyone help?
Thanks for coming here for assistance, Artec.
Let me help achieve your goal of entering items in sales orders using an item description. I'll show you how:
1 - Create sales order
2 - Click on Item name
3 - Have a field popup where you can type either an item code or description
4 - Start filtering automatically as its being typed (no button)
5 - Filter by any keyword or partial keyword in any order
