I tried a customer service text/chat with them last week that went nowhere. I also spent 41 (FORTY ONE) minutes on the phone with them, spoke to 2 different support people, and neither of them had any idea why it was happening or how to fix it. The 2nd person put me on hold to "look into it further" and then after a few minutes of being on hold they just hung up on me. That was on Friday 1/16, so they are aware that it's a problem but are clearly not working very hard to fix it.
