I just upgraded to QuickBooks Premier Non-Profit 2022 and now the Expensify Sync Manager no longer works. This is a new issue for us, we've used Expensify and QB for years. Expensify says it is a known issue. Does anyone have a solution to make it work again?
Thank you for adding a post, Judy. Let's isolate the issue you had with trying to sync Expensify to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
To get started, I recommend updating your QBDT before doing the process. This way, you can keep your software up-to-date and get the latest features and fixes. You can check out this article for more information: Update QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release.
Once done, set up Expensify again. You may download and install the QuickBooks Web Connector to set up and manage your app.
If you're getting the same result, I'd suggest connecting with Expensify again or our Support Team so a live representative can look into this more closely. If needed they can run an investigation to isolate the issue.
Please let me know if you have any other questions by adding a comment below. I'm more than happy to help. Have a good one!
no, the QBs web connector didn't work.
the connector didn't work.
more specifically:
Attempted to download the latest version of Quickbooks Web Connector from Intuit's website: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/help-article/install-products/set-quickbooks-web-c... and attempted to install Version 2.3.0.36 . When attempting to install Web Connector obtained error "You must be using a Quickbooks version of 2015 or newer"
