Feature Request: Add the option for a CC email to the Customer Details.

Hi,

I'd just like to suggest that a CC email field be added to customer account details.

Right now I have to manually enter a CC email on one specific customer's invoices. This customer has an accountant that sends out payments so I have to CC the invoice to them as well.  It would be great if I could just set that CC email address at the customer account level, so it would automatically be added to that customer's new invoices.

Thank you for your consideration of this feature request

  4. Enter your comments or product suggestions, then click Next to submit.

In the meantime, let's add the accountant's email address in the customer's profile using a comma, so they'll be notified as well when you send invoices to that specific customer:

  1. Go to the Sales tab and select Customers.
  2. Select the customer.
  3. Click on the Edit button.

  4. Put a comma next to the customer's email in the Email section. Then, enter their accountant's email.

  5. Once done, click Save.

Once your customer plans to pay your invoices, let's record that payment in QuickBooks to mark it as paid.

Thanks for the detailed response CarlJ,

I'll follow your suggestion to submit the request via the Feedback link in my account (I didn't know that was available!).

I also appreciate the work-around solution, I'll add the second email to that account.
