Feature Request: Customize Statements

I can see the benefit of being able to customize statements in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @pany. That's why I'm here to share further details about this.

Currently, there are a few customization options for statements in QBO. Let's visit the Account and Settings page to know more about this. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and settings.
  3. Choose the Sales menu.
  4. Go to the Statements section.
  5. Select List each transaction as a single line or List each transaction including all detail lines.
  6. Click the Show aging table at bottom of statement option.
  7. Select Save.

I've attached a screenshot below that shows the last five steps.

Also, you're able to print customer statements while creating and sending them in QBO. To learn more about this, you can refer to this article: Create and send customer statements in QuickBooks Online. Then, you can export your statements to Excel by filtering them through the Sales menu's All Sales tab. You can refer to the screenshot below for your reference.

You can always send an in-product suggestion to improve your experience with QBO. You can refer to this article for the complete details: How do I submit feedback?.

Additionally, you can effectively manage and monitor your statements in QBO by pulling up the Statement List report. To do this, just go to the Who owes you section from the Reports menu's Standard tab.

Let me know if you have other concerns about customizing sales forms and statement transactions in QBO. I'm just around to help. Take care always.

Feature Request: Customize Statements

I was able to customize our invoices and estimates.  I can't understand why they don't offer the ability to customize our statement of accounts to reflect the same changes so that everything our clients get from us looks the same.  Right now I have to go into each PDF and edit it.  Huge waste of time and effort.  Really not happy with current situation as it only makes extra work.

I did reach out to Quickbooks and they were no help at all.
