Hey Everyone,
A little update from my last post in this conversation but I wanted to let everyone know that we're sending great looking documents by integrated QuickBooks Online with Zoho CRM/Zoho One (because it's super affordable for our 1 person accounting division). This has given us the ability to email Properly Formatted Documents with any data-set on any template - including custom attachments!
Because QB is Synced with Zoho, we now run reports from both QB and Zoho, and utilize the features of both programs. Plus it's always good to have a backup data-set for those just-in-case type of days.
Message me if you want sync QB Online with Zoho to be able to send formatted quotes, sales orders, invoices, purchase orders, sync customer and vendor data, use it as a data backup... - Estimated Cost is about 7-10K depending on the functions, and the finished product is yours with no subscription costs other than your Zoho One subscription.

@DebSheenD RE: I can see the benefit of the option of removing the phone number to the settings. However the posibility to remove the phone number is unavailable as it is a required field...
This thread is always open if you have additional questions or concerns about purchase orders. I'm ready to help you out.
OK, here's my question:
Then why did @AlverMarkT suggest customers do just that, when it's not possible?
Also: posibility -> possibility (please use your spell checker).
Hi everyone!
I've updated my earlier response about temporarily removing the company phone number in Accounts and settings to edit the printed Purchase Order. My colleague is correct that it can't be removed once entered.
