- Go to this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
- Select QuickBooks Online.
- Click on Search for something else and enter your concerns in the Tell us more about your questions.
- Tap Search.
- Click on Start a message.
Also, you may request a supervisor when you get a chat agent and if possible ask them if they could help you over the phone instead to assist you better. This way, they can double-check on the charges and provide you the details.
