Let's start by clearing the cache from your web browser. Web browsers collect cache to save time when loading repetitive data and images. These files can often become outdated and corrupted, causing issues like when you can't access nor print packing slips. I've included the links for all supported browsers that contain the steps to clear the cache below.
Alternatively, you can use a different web browser or the App.
Once you've cleared the cache from your browser, let's try accessing your packing slips and printing them again. I've included the steps below to do this.
- From the Sales menu, choose Invoices.
- Find the invoice you need to print a packing slip for.
- Next to Receive payment, click the drop-down arrow and select Print packing slip.
