Join nowHey there, @golfand.
Thanks for reaching out to the Community for guidance. I understand how frustrating it can be when you can't access or print a packing slip. Rest assured, we will get this sorted out in just a few simple clicks.
Let's start by clearing the cache from your web browser. Web browsers collect cache to save time when loading repetitive data and images. These files can often become outdated and corrupted, causing issues like when you can't access nor print packing slips. I've included the links for all supported browsers that contain the steps to clear the cache below.
Alternatively, you can use a different web browser or the App.
Once you've cleared the cache from your browser, let's try accessing your packing slips and printing them again. I've included the steps below to do this.
Please let me know if you have further questions or concerns. I'll be here every step of the way. You can reach out to the Community at any time. Have a fantastic day!
Although I hated moving over from Safari, using Chrome for Quickbooks has fixed my issue.
