This is BEYOND frustrating. I have never hated a company more than this. I purchased QBD last week and I STILL can't use it. I have QB online and I HATE IT. I cannot get it migrated to desktop. They provide NO HELP. I'm assuming because they want to keep everyone with online. It migrated with NO INFORMATION. I downloaded the migration tool, I did everything the 'instructions' said. It doesn't work. It imports the file as read only and there is NO INFO there. Nothing. Please don't send me the link to the 'instructions'. I have it. It's not helpful. I've called. Repeatedly. No help. They had no issue taking my money for the desktop version though. Also, if anyone knows how to delete a question in the community, that would be great too.
They took away the ability to edit and/ or delete your posts or comments in the community.
Just one stupid a** way they are trying to control the world.
Sadly, I can't help with the migration issues.

Furthermore, we recently had to remove the ability for users to edit their posts due to the actions of a subset of users who were taking advantage of it to try and direct users to potentially dangerous websites.
If you need to make a change to your post or add additional information, please post a reply to the original post. If you need the post edited to remove personal information, use the Report Inappropriate Content function to send a message to our moderation team.
To use the Report function, you can click on the three vertical dots to the right of the post in the Community and select Report Inappropriate Content from the dropdown list.

They know nothing and are completely useless in this process. One person actually told me that they don't provide any support for migrating to QBD. Which is funny, because that's NOT what they were saying while they were taking my money last week. It imported nothing. Nothing but my company name. That's it. I don't have customers, vendors, nothing. I just need assistance with a product I purchased from the company that I purchased it from.
