I can definitely help you, paulohsmlima.

QuickBooks Online has an Exclude feature you can utilize whenever there are duplicate transactions on your banking page. To accomplish the task, here are the steps you'll need to do:

  1. Go to the Banking tab and choose Banking.
  2. In the For review tab, select the duplicate transactions you want to exclude.
  3. Click the Exclude button.

All transactions will then be moved to the Excluded tab. If you want to delete them, you can just select them and choose the Delete button.

The steps will surely help you on how to handle those duplicate transactions in QBO.

That should do it! If you have any other concerns, please add a comment below. I'll be glad to help.

As an additional option, utilize the trial period of a deleter tool

Thank you very much! I would like to have something able to exclude all the duplicates automatically or just undo the last importing records, but it is ok! I really appreciate your help! Have a blessed day!!

Thanks for following up with the Community, paulohsmlima.

I'm happy to hear GlinetteC's reply helped you figure out how to correct your duplicate records.

When following the steps in my colleague's post, on your For review tab you can use the top checkbox column to select all transactions from the current page, then exclude them by clicking Exclude.

Afterwards, you can use the same tickbox on your Excluded tab to delete items.

Currently, there isn't a process for undoing imported data; however, I can certainly understand how this could be a useful feature for yourself and others. I've gone ahead and submitted feedback to our Product Development Team so it can be considered in future updates.

Additionally, you have the power to submit product suggestions while logged in to your books.

Here's how:
1. Use your Gear (⚙️) icon.
2. Click Feedback.
3. Enter your suggestions and/or comments.
4. Hit Next.
5. Choose Skip and send message.
6. The available drop-down menu can be used to pick an appropriate category.
7. Select Send message.

Any feedback is valuable to Intuit. It goes directly to our engineers and can help improve user experiences in the platform. Feature requests are trackable through Intuit's Customer Feedback website.

If there's anything else I can help with, please feel more than welcome reach out anytime. Have a wonderful day!
