Hello, I try to match app transactions but receive an error message. It says "Check account mapping in advanced settings and try again."?

We couldn't Match the transaction(s) due to "An application error has occurred while processing your request". Check account mapping in advanced settings and try again. What can I do to fix it? Thanks in advance!

Since QuickBooks Online solely relies on the information shared by your application, it's best to contact your app provider for assistance. They can help review the mapping and all the setup to ensure you can match your transactions appropriately in the program without any errors.
