Hello there, Tracey.
Your mobile app problem is often caused by too much cache buildup. We can fix this by doing some troubleshooting steps that refresh the app and device settings to clear out that old data. Please follow these steps.
For iOS device:
- Go to your phone's Settings.
- Tap General, then select iPhone Storage.
- Find the QuickBooks Online app and tap it.
- Tap Offload App. This will clear the app's cache without deleting your documents or data.
For Android devices:
- Go to Menu ☰, then tap More Options ⋮.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Select Refresh Data and confirm by tapping YES.
After performing the steps above, please restart your phone and reopen the app to check your dashboard. If the problem still continues, your next best step is to uninstall and reinstall the app to start completely fresh.
In the meantime, you can always access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account by logging in through a web browser to track your mileage.
