If you cannot sign in, but still have access to the phone number or email address on file, you can follow the steps provided below:
- You can input your account's phone number or email address on our sign-in help page.
- Choose Password, then click on Forgot password, or select Text a code to receive a code on your phone.
- Look for a message with your code in your text messages or email. (Note: Open your email inbox in a new tab but keep the original tab with the sign-in page open.)
- Follow the instructions provided in the message to sign in. You will have the option to reset your password when prompted, or you can choose to skip that step.
