I paid for an upgrade QB 2021 because 2017QB was was shut down for billing lapsed, so I upgrade and cannot open old or any system to QB

To confirm, aren't you able to open the 2017 company file or 2021 backup file? Did you receive an error message? Any additional details you can provide me will help to ensure a timely solution.

Do you have a QBD 2017 Enterprise file and try opening it on QBD 2021 Pro/Premier, or else?
