Record a Cash Expense (Best Practice)
Use this if the money came from:
Petty cash
A business cash box
Personal funds (and you want to reimburse yourself later or record as owner contribution)
You said it’s already included in invoices — so you’ve already collected the income, and don’t need to invoice separately for packaging. That’s fine. Just be sure:
