Welcome, @root12 and thank you for coming to the QuickBooks Community for assistance. I have some insight on cancelling your subscription to pass along.
Deleting a QuickBooks Online (QBO) account will require you to cancel your subscription and it will be completely deleted from the QBO server after 365 days.
Here's how to cancel your QBO account:
- Click the Gear icon, and select Account and Settings.
- Choose Billing & Subscription.
- Click Cancel next to Subscription status.
- Answer some questions, then click Cancel now.
