If you're referring to payroll taxes, you can pay or file state and federal payroll taxes online. Beforehand, you'll have to make sure you complete your tax setup and check what taxes to file and pay after you’ve signed up for e-services so your taxes stay accurate.

Furthermore, the balance of your payroll liability will decrease as you pay the taxes. With this, you can pull up and customize the Payroll Tax Payments report to find out how much you've paid or to see tax payments you have made electronically. Also, tax payments you have recorded manually in your online payroll account.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Select the Reports menu on the left panel.
  2. Choose Payroll Tax Payments in the search bar.
  3. Click the Customize option under the Share button.
  4. Filter the details and other necessary information.
  5. Click Run report.

Debit "Wages Expense" for the full amount the company must pay for the pay period. Credit Net Payroll Payable and any deductions required.Add the total number of debits and then add the total number of credits.

How do I enter source deductions ?

i am really sad, and regret using quick-books online, you have a very bad service, i have problem with my billing for the past 1 week, i have contacted my bank, they make me understand the problem is from your end, and i keep losing a lot of money with information withheld, in your care, i have messaged a lot of Quickbooks specialist, and they keep telling me different things, i have used 5 different debit cards, and you keep saying i should check from my bank, i even used a dollar Card, but same issue persist,i am so disappointed and regret i have to be going through this.
