Does anyone know how to get with an actual person who works for Intuit and not their support call center. I'm ready to move my client to a new software program which is very sad after being a dedicated customer since the early 1990's.

Quick bucks is horrible I've had it for over 20 years and every time I go to upgrade it it's 4 to 5 hours because the people that don't speak English and they don't know what they're doing waste my time and energy
Your company has the absolute worst support of any accounting software companies in the country. I have used your products since 2005 and currently using quick books pro 2019 which i forced to do so because of your terrible policies. I have been in business since 1985 and I deal with the public and hundreds of companies throughout the year. I have made it a personal goal to explain all the negative support and frustration I have received and do my best to guide my customers to other accounting software because of the experiences I have had with quick books.
