How do I get my monthly recurring invoices to populate into QBO. When I used desktop it would ask me on the 1st of every month if I wanted to down load them

I have 202 recurring invoices on the first of every month. How do I get them to populate into my QBO?

Let me guide you for your monthly invoices to populate in QuickBooks, hhe4300.

Before we proceed, are you trying to set the timing for your recurring transactions template? You can take advantage of the Days in advance to create an option on scheduled recurring transactions. You can create one for a specific number of days before the actual transaction date. Normally, recurring transactions are created on the day schedule typically between 12:00 am and 5:00 am depending on your time zone.  To create a recurring  template, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Gear or Settings ⚙ icon.
  2. Select Recurring transactions.
  3. Select New.
  4. Select the type of transaction to create, and then select OK.
  5. Enter a Template name.
  6. Select a Type: Scheduled, Unscheduled, or Reminder.

For more information on how scheduled recurring transaction setup works, I've added this article for more information: Schedule Recurring Transactions Created With A Template

Additionally, QuickBooks offers variety of reports that you can use so you'll be able to check your business information in a more convenient ad flexible way. You'll want to make sure to filter them to show the data that you want. To give you more details, I've got this article for your reference: Customize Reports In QuickBooks Online.

Keep in touch if you need further help with your recurring invoices. Again, I always be right here when you need assistance.

Thanks for your reply, but the memorized transactions were already set up in my QB desktop, so now how do I get them to populate into QBO?  For some reason the 1st 50 memorized transactions came over and populated QBO but there's a total of 206 transactions that should have populated for August 1st.

It looks like you migrated from QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) to QuickBooks Online (QBO), @hhe4300.

I'll share some insights about the limitation when you migrate from QBDT to QBO.

Memorized transactions don't move to QBO when you switch from QBDT. I understand that you have a lot of memorized transactions in QBDT that you want to populate in QBO.

So you can record all your recurring transactions in QBO, you'll need to do it one at a time. I know this method is time-consuming, but it's the best way. To do so, you can follow the steps provided by my colleague MariaSoledadG above.

You may also want to view the status of your sales transactions in QuickBooks. You can go to the Sales menu and select All Sales.
