You can import your Paypal data in QuickBooks Desktop or look for a third-party application to import specific details you want from Paypal to your QuickBooks company file.
First is to contact the PayPal support team to see if they have the option to export .iif files. If so, you can export the file and save it to your desktop, where you can easily find it. Once done, proceed with the steps below to import them:
- Sign in to your company file as an admin. Note: If you’re in Multi-user mode, go to the File menu, then select Switch to Single-user Mode.
- Go to the File menu.
- Select Utilities.
- Select Import, then click Import IIF.
- Select the IIF file you want to import, then select Open.
- Select OK to confirm the import.

When you want to look for a third-party application, just go to Apps for QuickBooks Desktop. From the QuickBooks Compatibility section, choose the QuickBooks Desktop version you're using. Then, type in the clue word of the specific app you're looking for in the Search field and click the magnifying glass to search.
