Hi there, @rob16.

I’d be happy to help you deposit your checks.

You don’t have to deposit your checks one at a time. You can deposit then together by entering them on separate lines. Let me show you how:

  1. Click on the Plus (+) icon, choose Bank Deposit.
  2. Choose the Account.
  3. On the Add funds to this deposit section, fill in the Received From, Account, Payment method, and Amount columns.
  4. Click on Add lines to add more rows.
  5. Click on Save and Close.

Once done, you can now link the deposit to your invoice by clicking on Receive Payment from the invoice and choosing the deposits.

If there are multiple transactions you entered in QuickBooks, you can match one lump sum check to multiple transactions. All you have to do is to Find Match the transactions. Here’s how:

  1. On the left panel, click on Banking.
  2. Click on the transactions to match with the check.
  3. Click on Find Match.
  4. On the Match transactions page, choose the check.
  5. Click on Save.

Let me know if you have any other concern. I’ll be glad to help you.

Hello, Marleybyrd.

You can perform general troubleshooting if there is an unusual behavior with your QuickBooks Online. We recommend using a private/incognito browser to identify if it is a browser issue.

If you successfully login and record the payments in QuickBooks in a private browser, I suggest clearing the cache and cookies in your default browser.

Your browser tends to hold onto information, and over time it could cause problems with logging in or bringing up websites. It's always a good idea to clear out the cache on a regular basis in order to help your browser to function efficiently and to avoid unnecessary behavior of QuickBooks Online.

To clear your browser’s cache in Chrome, here’s how.

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More.
  3. Click More tools and Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.

If you’re using other browsers, you can refer to this article so you’ll be guided on how to delete browser cache and Intuit-specific cookies to quickly fix issues when using QuickBooks Online. Clear cache and cookies.

If you have any more questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach back out. Have a good rest of your day!
